What is a mastic man?  
A mastic man applies silicone to any joint or surface you require, using the correct colours, silicones and tools (not his finger!) 
What is the difference between low and high modulus? 
Low and High modulus is the difference bestween the tensile strength of a silicone. Low modulus sealants are generally used out side as they accommodate more movementsuch as expansion joints. High modulus sealants accommodate less movement and are used on interior joints as they have anti-fungicides preventing bacteria growth in dampprone areas such as the bathroom. 
Is a Mastic Man Expensive? 
A mastic man is not expensive and we can come to you for a free quotation, with no obligation. We would definitely encourage someone to hire a professional silicone applicator to avoid damaging your new work surfaces. 
Are there any surfaces that silicone will not stick to? 
Silicone will not stick to water or dust. However, specific sealants are designed so they can be applied underwater.
