We completed this project for a client, the building required Mastic on all 7 floors with varying design elements. The flooring was a mixture of laminate and Bolon, it was decided that all laminate flooring would have a white high mod silicone to white skirtings and all Bolon flooring would have transparent as this produced the best finish after a few different tests were carried out.

Areas that we applied mastic to include columns to flooring, glazing frames, overhead metal beams to fill in holes in the manufacturing process, small single office/quiet rooms, tea points on every floor, toilets on every floor, roof access rooms and shower cubicles. The silicone colours were all chosen by the client after careful deliberation and multiple test beads being put in each specific space to provide the finish needed.

We worked on a timeframe for the client to make sure all works were completed and handover was possible as per the clients needs.
